Shipping Time
Normally, shipment will be made within 3 working days after payment is received. For big volume or special items, the lead-time can be 1-2 weeks before they are ready to be shipped. Customers will be notified about the shipping schedule once order is confirmed. Or please feel free to send us an enquiry form.
Shipping Method
Shipments are sent via commercial ground carriers such as EMS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or Parcel Post, and from various plants where the products are stocked / producing. Any customs or import duty charges are responsible by the customers.
If you have your own account with a shipping company and would like to bill the shipping to that account, you will need to contact us to specify this request at the time you place an order.
