1. What does RFID mean?
RFID means Radio Frequency Identification, which is an automatic identification technology to identify objects by radio waves. To achieve this, you need a RFID reader and relative RFID card / tag / nail etc.
2. How to use RFID products
RFID technology can be used in following applications:

3. How can I make a order through shopping cart?
- Choose the product you want to purchase.
- Set the quantity (>minimum quantity) and click to `add to cart`.
- You can delete the item you choose or cancel the whole cart.
- After checking everything in your shopping cart, go to `checkout` and enter a member login page.
- For members, just fill the email & password. For new customers, should register required information. Click `submit´to create your account.
- After your account is created, fill the checkout address, or as per your registered address.
- After submit, your order will appear at your member area. You will receive a confirmation email from our online shop concerning about the payment, delivery schedule, and/or shipping cost, tax etc necessary information.

Use `search` button at the left side or through product category. Otherwise, please send us an email or fill the online form to list what your want.
5. Where to find the detail information of a product?

6. When can I receive the products?
Normally, shipment will be made within 3 working days after payment is received. For big volume or special items, the lead-time can be 1-2 weeks for production period. Customers will be notified about the shipping schedule once order is confirmed. Or please feel free to send us an enquiry about delivery time.
7. What can I do if products defected during delivery?
We recommend to keep the damage evidence if it is caused during the shipment, so we can trace back the delivery company. Meanwhile, please email us asap so we can repair or replace with the same or a substitution of equal parts. Details please check our after-sale service.
8. How is the guarantee policy?

9. Can I return a product?
Products can be returned within 60 days, if are not used. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Details please check our after-sale service.

11. How is the technical support?

12. How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping cost varies from the order quantities and destination. Please refer the general tariff list or feel free to send us an email. You may also login to your member area to your existing order information and check out each shipping cost.
13. Why I need to be a member?
Being a member you can track the status of your current order and review previous orders. Also faster our service to proceed your order if any shipping cost or taxes are required according to your shipping address.

14. What information does RFIDBest.com collect and how is it used?
Our site do not automatically collect the data information of each visitor, except your registered information (name, address, email, country) as our membership. When you place an order through us, we keep your information for delivery use and keep a record of your order for your future review. 15. Forget password, how to get it back?
On the Member area, click "Forget Password", fill the email adress as you registered and submit. An email message with your password will be sent to you in seconds.
