Guanartee Policy
We recommend to keep the damage evidence if it is caused during the shipment, so we can trace back the delivery company. Meanwhile, please email us asap so we can repair or replace with the same or a substitution of equal parts. Any particular item may become unexpectedly out of stock, and a substitution of equal or greater value may be given.
Each product has specific guarantee policy. Within the guarantee period, we will repair or replace with the same or a substitution of equal parts. Due to most of products are for consumer usage, we are not responsible for any human damage on purpose, water flooring etc.
Return Policy
In case that any of our products doesnot fully meet your requirement, you can return the products within 60 days, if they are not used (except for the customer´s own design model). Shipping cost is non-refundable. Meanwhile, you will be charged for 15% of the purchase price as the restocking fee.
